In every system where SW and HW jobs are carried out by us we perform: connection controls, isolation tests, Loop Check’s, cold and hot field tests suitable for custom procedures, reporting when required, putting the system into service without and with load, preparation of necessary documents, training of the technical personnel for operation, supervision of the operation for the pre-determined period, handing over of the plant to the operating department, to intervene to any possible problem that comes up within the warranty period, providing service support according to customer requirements from the end of the warranty period.

- Big-Bag Fill / Discharge Machine
Granular and powder bulks are filled or discharged accurately, efficiently and reliably in a dust free operation. In special applications Big-Bags can be filled on the truck.

These machines are used for transporting powder, granular or large lump materials according to system requirements.
- Silo / Bunker
This item involves the project preparation, manufacturing and field installation of hoppers, silos and steel constructions that are designed for our systems. Silo interiors can be covered with Hardox or special coatings as per system requirements.
- Various Equipment
Rotary Feeder
Rotary feeder is used to feed the material inside the silo in control. And also it forms a barrier between the silo and the feeding line against low or high pressure.
Silo Activator
It ensures the free flow of material from silos in Industrial plants by means of vibration motor.
Bag Dumping Station
It is used to discharge the different sized bags into silos. Bag dumping station is placed on the material silos and there is a filtering unit to avoid dusting on the dumping station.
Diverter Valve
Diverter valve is a trouser shaped valve which ensures to guide the material to the desired direction under the silo. It can be manual or pneumatic operated.
Lump Breaker
Lump breaker is used to break the lumps while discharging from silo.

- Solid Dosage Systems
Dosing of powder, granular and grainy materials are realized by screw conveyor, weigh belt feeder or vibration systems and are generally based on prescriptions. The component fed in, may be a bunker, reactor or a mixer. The prescription specifies the amount to be fed from each material according to the process. The prescription to be produced may be selected from the control system and system determines the dosage amount of each material, itself. The operation of dosage system can be monitored from a panel or a mimic diagram in control room. Also in addition to the fact that actual values can be monitored from the computer by a SCADA system, the desired values can be printed.
- Liquid Dosage Systems
Liquid dosage systems generally include the dosing of different liquids for reactors according to the prescription. Liquid materials are stored in tanks in the system. Liquids are pumped to desired reactor by means of pumps and controllable valves through pipelines.
- Micro Dosage Systems
Basically, micro dosage is a production system, based on prescription. It is a convenient solution for processes in which materials more than one are dosed in various amounts and transferred to mixer or other systems. Different then solid and liquid dosage systems dosage materials are generally between 0,1 to 20 Kg. These micro components can consist of 5 or 50 different materials as in Rubber Industry.
- Pneumatic Transport System
Powder and granular materials can be transported efficiently and safely inside pipes by means of pressurized or depressurized air. Ease of piping inside already built factories, a dust free conveying without contamination, and very low maintenance costs are these systems’ advantages.
- Plastics Mixers Weighing / Recipe Automation
Automatically weighing, dosing and transporting of powder and granular materials according to the prescriptions. Keeping records of the data about productions. It also involves operating Hot-cold mixers according to time or temperature. It is possible to keep the records of prescription and manufacturing results and observe the historical trends.
- Silo Loading Systems
It involves filling of silos by pneumatic and traditional material transport systems. Pneumatic systems can be dilute phase pumping with blowers or by suction as well as with pressure vessels for higher capacities. Traditional systems involve belt conveyors, elevators and other mechanical solutions.
- Production Tracking System
“Force” Production Monitoring System measures the plant efficiency by collecting information from the factory floor. Production quantities, downtimes, availability of machines and production lines are monitored on-line and efficiency reports (OEE) can be generated. The system provides real-time visibility of the manufacturing environment and connects the factory floor to enterprise systems.
- Telemetry System
Telemetry systems are widely used for remote measurement and reporting of information such as pressure, temperature, flow, energy. The information is transmitted over a wireless or wired communication method which is then received by a set of hardware and software solutions to record all measured values together with alarms and events.
- Energy Tracking System
Energy monitoring systems are used for on-line monitoring and reporting of the energy consumption of industrial plants and factories. Energy consumption can be combined with relevant production data to provide a better picture for manufacturing costs.
- Dust Collection System
In system equipments like collecting belt conveyors, weighing hoppers, silos, pneumatic transport systems etc., filters which cause minimum pressure loss are used for separating powder from air. Air flow rate, process needs and powder characteristics are taken into consideration while selecting the appropriate filter.
