MİKRO DOSING SYSTEMS

Basically, micro dosage is a production system, based on prescription. It is a convenient solution for processes in which materials more than one are dosed in various amounts and transferred to mixer or other systems.
The system consists of three main groups:

1-Material stock equipments
2-Feeding equipments
3-Weighing group equipments

1-Material loading to the system may be performed via different methods. For manual loading, bag-dumping stations may be used as well as pneumatic transport system or big-bag unloading units.
2-Usually low capacity screw conveyors are used in the system as feeding equipment. However, for materials for which screw is not suitable, belt feeders may also be used with the assistance of frequency converter to ensure precision.
3-Weighing group consists of equipment called weighing bunker and its shield isolating it.

According to the system, the weighing bunker may be fixed or mobile.

In manual micro dosage system, according to the prescriptions formed on PC, dosage amounts of each component are determined and shown on the monitor which is near the unit and which the operator is monitoring.
The operator takes the bunker with its weighing unit to the specific bunker, which has appeared on the screen and doses the material manually. When weighing process is over, he pushes the button and ensures that the value of the weighing is transferred to the computer.

If the weight is within the allowed limits, silo number of the following component in the prescription appears on the screen. If weight is not suitable, the system will tell that the weighing process is not correct.
