CONTINUE DOSING SYSTEMS

It is used in several areas of industry to continuously feed powder and granular materials. As a working principle, it is similar to weigh belt feeders. In this system as well, certain amount of feeding within a certain amount of time is targeted.

The system is located in a fully closed box. When the amount of the material in the weigh bunker reaches low limit, the upper valve opens and the silo is re-filled in 15-20 seconds.

During this process, as weight control is not possible, feeding element moves with a constant velocity. After filling process, the system calculates the amount of material that reduces in a given time and commands the number of cycles of the motor accordingly.
