CONTINUE DOSING SYSTEMS

Weigh belt feeders are used in several fields of the industry to feed the continue systems like mixer or collector belts. The main purpose of the system is having the material get the desired flow rate automatically.

According to the desired capacity (ton/hour), the system weighs the material passing over it, multiplies it with belt velocity and finds the instant flow rate. Control system compares it with set value. If the flow rate is low, it will accelerate the belt and if it is high, it slows it. As a result, after a certain period the amount of the fed material remains constant.
